"Heather has been coaching my 14 year old son for about two months now and it's been a pleasure to watch my son grow in the areas of time management, organization, and self sufficiency because of her guidance. She understands how to connect with teenagers which is not an easy thing to do, her extensive experience in this field along with her enthusiasm and positive outlook makes you automatically drawn to her. She is everyone's biggest cheerleader! She sets realistic goals for teens to meet and understands that forming good healthy habitats isn't going to happen overnight but with some easy tools and a little encouragement you can achieve anything you work hard at."
